Special dedication for bob welke

A special dedication from the Welke family, and Frank D’Andraia, placing the Bob Welke Adopt-A-Road signs on Kings Highway. 

​Robert Welke played a key role in bringing the Adopt-A-Highway program to Michigan. 

Bob’s family gathered at King’s Highway to pose with Frank D’Andraia.  Frank, a dedicated litter patrolman initiated the process of bringing the program to Beaver Island with help of Bobbi Welke and her family.
